@LordOfChimichangas I've never bothered solving this and some of the terms here (like a) escape me for meaning. But I don't care. One thing that is dead-obvious to me is the idea of \$r\,\text{d}r\$ (or \$\rho\,\text{d}\rho\$) as a length. And multiplying by \$\text{d}\phi\$ to make it an area makes total sense. Is this the only problem you have??? It's so easy to see, so I'm thinking I must be missing something else.
