@Fateme So delay isn't important? Just want to be sure. In any case, you are talking about either a fast Schmitt (discrete or from one of the very fast families like AVC -- though that won't come close to your voltage swing) or else a high gain high bandwidth circuit. That said, getting this with +/-10 V swing is indeed the problem. The bandwidth there is 2E9 volt/s edges are... hard to come by. That is, in fact, 200 mA to drive 100 pF. Also consider looking up Jim Williams' 1991 Application Note 47.
