Sounds like you already have all you need for your answer. That's great! But I thought I'd add something: always redraw your schematics using these Rules for Re-Drawing Schematics.
Drawing from that reference, do the following to start:
- Always assign a ground reference
- Do not "bus" power around
In your case, this process might look like this:

I think you can already start to see what's happened to your schematic, just following only those two rules.
A final re-drawing, keeping all the resistors in place, may look like this:
Now it's pretty easy to see what the resistance is between those two points.
