Animesh, In the circuit example you provided, the value of \$V_{_\text{BE}}\$ is irrelevant to DC analysis. The current source's voltage drop will simply adjust itself to changes in \$V_{_\text{BE}}\$. So just drop the whole question about \$V_{_\text{BE}}\$. It won't help you analyze the circuit for DC or answer questions about it. The collector current will be \$I_{\small{C}}=\alpha\cdot I_{\small{Q}}\$. If \$R_{_\text{C}}\cdot I_{\small{C}} \ge 5\:\text{V}\$ then the transistor is moving into saturation. Otherwise, not.
