Why not contact your local power provider? This information is very important to them for a variety of reasons. But temperature of operation has an exponential relationship to lifespan and catastrophic failure. So prediction algorithms use the temperature over time curve to estimate aging. I was involved directly in making optical fiber methods used during construction in order to make those measurements. So I know they worked hard to get such info. I wasn't privy to their algorithms. So i can't directly help here. But just ask. Or do a literature search.
